Any purchase order for a product appearing in the online shop of the CRU VEGAN NUTRITION website presupposes the prior consultation of the general conditions of sale and their acceptance.

These general terms and conditions express the full obligations of the parties. In this sense, the customer is deemed to accept fully the provisions laid down in these general conditions of sale. No general or specific conditions contained in the documents sent or delivered by the customer may be included in the present, since these documents would be incompatible with these general terms.
Article 2: Entry into force-duration

Article 4: Prices and taxes

All deliveries are the property of Cru Vegan Nutrition until the full payment of the invoice. If instalment payments are granted, the customer will become the owner of the merchandise when the invoice has been paid in full.
Article 8: Shipping costs, shipping delays and delivery times
The carriers used for the delivery of the parcels are:
-La Poste (Colissimo home and pick-up locations)
CRU VEGAN NUTRITION will not be held responsible for an extension of delivery times (disturbances, strikes of postal services or carriers, natural disasters…).
Article 9: Delivery Modalities
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when registering the order. Upon receipt of the order and at the latest the next business day, the customer is required to check the status of the content. Article 10: Right of withdrawal, return and refund
The customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order.

Any perishable or non-returnable goods for food safety reasons may not be returned. Most of the cosmetics sold on the site do not have a safety cap, so they will not be able to be returned for hygiene matters.
The risks associated with the return of the products are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
For orders paid by CB, PayPal or Stripe, the refund will be directly credited to CB, PayPal or Stripe.
For orders paid by cheque, transfer or money order, the refund will be made by cheque.
Article 11: Product Guarantee
